Refund Policy

  1. Registration Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This includes any fees paid for the half marathon event regardless of whether the participant completes the race or not.

  2. Cancellation by Participant: If a participant wishes to withdraw from the event, no refunds will be provided. However, participants may be eligible for deferral to a future event or transfer of their registration to another individual, subject to approval and any applicable fees.

  3. Cancellation by Organizers: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants may be offered the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or receive a partial refund, minus any unrecoverable costs already incurred by the organizers.

  4. Refund Process: If refunds are offered, participants will be notified via email with instructions on how to request a refund. Refunds will typically be processed within a specified timeframe and issued using the original method of payment.
